This Privacy Notice for pixels2paintings llc ("we," "us," or "our") describes how and why we might access, collect, store, use, and/or share ("process") your personal information when you use our services, including when you visit our website at https://pixels2paintings.com or engage with us in other related ways. 1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
The personal information we collect may include: email addresses, names, mailing addresses, and user-uploaded photographs (used solely to generate your AI painting).
Sensitive Information. We do not process sensitive information.
Uploaded Photos. Photos are held temporarily in server memory during your active session solely to generate your AI painting. They are automatically deleted when the session ends or the server restarts and are never permanently stored or transferred to any third party except as necessary to generate your artwork via Replicate.
2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?
- To fulfill and manage your orders — we use your name, shipping address, and style selection to process and deliver your order.
- To respond to user inquiries — we use your email to respond to questions about your order.
- To send administrative information — we use your email to send payment confirmations and order updates.
- To generate personalized AI artwork — we use your uploaded photo solely to transform it into your chosen art style. Your photo is not shared, sold, or used for any other reason.
3. WHAT LEGAL BASES DO WE RELY ON TO PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?
We only process your personal information when we have a valid legal reason under applicable law. Legal bases include: Consent; Performance of a Contract; Legal Obligations; and Vital Interests. If you are located in Canada, you may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
4. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

- Business Transfers — We may share your information in connection with any merger, sale of company assets, or acquisition.
5. DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?
We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies. Third parties may also use online tracking technologies on our Services for analytics and advertising. See our Cookie Policy for details.
6. DO WE OFFER ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE-BASED PRODUCTS?
Yes. Our AI Products transform your uploaded photo into fine art using our third-party provider Replicate. Your photo and the generated artwork are processed by Replicate solely to fulfill your order. You must not use our AI Products in violation of Replicate's terms or policies. 7. IS YOUR INFORMATION TRANSFERRED INTERNATIONALLY?
Our servers are located in the United States and Singapore. If you access our Services from the EU, UK, or other regions, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and Singapore. We have implemented the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses to protect your personal information. Our SCCs can be provided upon request.
8. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
- Uploaded photos: Session duration only — deleted automatically when the session ends. Never permanently stored.
- Email addresses: Up to 1 year, or until you request deletion.
- Name and shipping address: 7 years (IRS tax and accounting compliance).
- Payment information: Not stored by pixels2paintings — handled entirely by Stripe.
- Order details: 7 years (IRS tax and accounting compliance).
9. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?
We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures. However, no electronic transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.
10. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18. If you become aware of any data we may have collected from children under 18, please contact us at pixels2paintings.admin@gmail.com.
11. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?
Opting out of marketing: You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link or contacting us directly.

We do not currently respond to Do-Not-Track (DNT) browser signals as there is no uniform technology standard for recognizing them.

We have not disclosed, sold, or shared any personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding twelve (12) months and will not do so in the future.
